In case of hard-to-reach areas, the order will remain at the transport company's store for collection

GKecoenergy gives you three possible ways to send/receive your products.
A. Shipping by courier company.

GKecoenergy sends you your order with a courier company. Delivery is usually the next working day of your order, except for some remote areas of the country where delivery takes up to 3 working days.

WEIGHT / KG CHARGE PRICE

     0 to 5 kg €6.50
     5 to 8 kg €9.50

         Cash on delivery fee of €3.00.
B. Shipping by shipping company

     For a weight greater than 8 kg: With a transport company. Cost depending on the weight and size of the products.

     Cash on delivery is not supported in this case.

For heavy products it is recommended to ship with a transport company where in this case the cost depends on the weight and size of the product. Our company cooperates with transport companies all over Greece trying to cover even the most remote areas in order to be able to serve you. Please note that in this case the cost also depends on the customer's region.

The company reserves the right to refuse shipping by carrier if the carrier itself refuses.

 
C. Pickup from our facilities.

  In any case, you can pick up your order from our premises, in the Old Alliance Street of Oreokastro, Thessaloniki, after prior telephone consultation.

D. Shipping to the EU

For shipments within the EU, the calculation and charging of the transport costs is done after communication, as it differs depending on the country of shipment.


Return products

You have the right to return the products you purchase, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 10 working days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unsealed or tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, wrong item, etc.) .

In the event of a return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.
