Complete Heating System “Pelletwork”
Axinar presents the new Class 5 pellet boiler.
The pellet boiler belongs to the top performance category, with 93.4% efficiency and 20 times lower emissions. The extremely low CO2 and particulate output make the pellet boiler an environmentally friendly heating system, fully compliant with international standards. It is the ideal solution for low-cost and high-efficiency heating installations.
(1) Turbulators / Automatic Cleaning
The turbulators maximize the boiler’s efficiency. Additionally, with an external lever and 3 simple oscillations, they keep the heat exchanger clean.
(2) Burner Connection Point
The burner connection point is square-shaped, 17×17 cm, and suitable for all pellet burner types. The boiler has been tested with Pellas, Ferroli, Condor, PelletTech, and Bernonfire burners.
(3) Flue Gas Routes
The Axinar boiler features five vertical flue gas routes with turbulators, ensuring ash and combustion residues are removed from the flue gases. Moreover, the large heat exchange surface leads to high efficiency and fuel savings.
The pre-dimensioning process is based on a load of 10,000 kcal/m³.
(4) Ash Container
The ash container has a depth of 24 cm and is divided into two compartments. Its capacity is 30 litres (2,000 kg of pellets), minimizing the need for frequent boiler maintenance.
